God forbid – Cubana Chief Priest issues fresh denial over Burna Boy’s baby mama claim
Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest, whose real name is Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, has reignited the ongoing drama surrounding his alleged baby mama, which began earlier this month.
For the umpteenth time, the socialite has denied claims that he fathered a child with his supposed baby mama, Kenyan single mother Hellen Ati.
Cubana’s latest comments came after Hellen accused Burna Boy’s associates, Lucky Udu and Abu Salami, of asking her for sexual favors and a cut of the money Burna sends her. She also alleged that the associates pressured her into claiming that Burna had already helped her, despite only receiving $350.
It’s important to recall that earlier in the month, amid the public fallout between Cubana and Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning artist had offered to assist Hellen financially, with plans to relocate her to Nigeria and support both her and her son.
Lucky Udu has since denied Hellen’s accusations, stating that he never asked for sexual favors or any form of percentage from her.
Amid the ongoing back-and-forth, Cubana Chief Priest took to social media to once again deny knowing Hellen, let alone fathering a child with her. In his post, written in Pidgin, he said:
“God forbid that I have a child and abandon my own. You say you had a child for a big man and now you want to drag me with it. You said you had my child, I told you to come to Nigeria, then you say I should send money because the baby is hungry and the hospital bills are piling up, saying you took a loan — I don’t need any of that. I don’t even know you, no connection, no trace.
“Children are gifts from God, and I won’t disown my own blood. God forbid that with all the money I have, I’d act that way. How much child support would make me abandon a child who could grow up to be the next C Ronaldo? She came out because of the 30k she got, and now they’ve used her to chase the real drama.”
